First, let's find Fox News on the Aries Ingress chart. The President, as always, is described by the nation's tenth house cusp. Fox is obviously the news outlet which speaks with the President's voice, so we look to the cusp of the third house of the president's communication (the twelfth house of the nation's self-destruction) and find it is ruled by the Sun.
On March 14, Sun perfects a square to Jupiter. Both planets will reach 23 degrees eleven minutes of their respective signs at 9:24 pm. This puts a malefic (Sun is in fact a malefic in traditional astrology) on the precise previous degree of Mars, another malefic, from the prior Capricorn ingress chart of 2018. If you haven't got a feeling for it yet, 23 Pisces is a seriously portentous degree on the Aries Ingress chart 2019. For example, Mercury will square Jupiter on this same degree three times between late February and early April 2019. If you are new to this blog, I suggest you read up on the fixed star Markab, described in the Mercury Square Jupiter blog post, which is associated with this degree.
In a previous prediction, I described Sun as truth and Mercury combust the Sun as Trump (Mercury) being burned by the truth. I still hold that opinion, but the adage ". . . as above, so below . .. " teaches us that the aspects we find on the chart will affect us in concrete as well as abstract ways. In another note about the Sun on the Aries Ingress chart of 2019, I observe that Fox News, represented by the setting sun, is positioned in the seventh house of open enemies, where it is clearly under the influence of foreign enemies of the nation. This formerly unthinkable possibility has occurred to me, especially since observing Trump jumping to Sean Hannity's dog whistle during the government shutdown. But this article from a year ago shows I'm not the only one who has ever envisioned this possibility.
But wait, there's more! (I love when Rachel Maddow says that). As anticipated, following Venus becoming free of Saturn, further facts about the Stormy Daniels story have come to light. With all due respect to Stormy, who is a brave woman, I'm not particularly interested in sordid details of her relationship with the President. What does interest me is that Fox News has been aware of the story since prior to the 2016 election.
I refer the reader to two articles that came out this week. This one is by Jane Mayer of the New Yorker:
It contains the story in more specific detail since the firsthand source, reporter Diana Falzone, is excluded from a full explanation of these events due to her NDA with Fox News, Jane Mayer tells the story of
" . . . FoxNews.com editors spiking* a story from a reporter about the president’s affair with a porn star named Stormy Daniels. The reporter was eventually told, 'Good reporting, kiddo. But Rupert wants Donald Trump to win. So just let it go.' . . . "
*Spiking is journalistic jargon for "killing" or withholding an article from publication, in this case allegedly for political reasons.
In this same article, Jane Mayer states: ". . . In December, four Democratic senators sent a letter to the White House counsel’s office, demanding proof that Fox’s payments to Shine don’t violate federal ethics and conflict-of-interest statutes. . . *
Although some Americans have raised a concern to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) about Fox's questionable "news" policies, it is important to note that the FCC has no authority over cable channels, as they are not required to register with the FCC.
Diana Falzone herself is the author of the second article. She is the reporter who originally followed the Stormy Daniels story prior to the election. Diana Falzone is now under an non-disclosure agreement with Fox News. In another angle on the story, Diana Falzone's lawyer recently made the following request of Fox News on her behalf:
". . . In light of the false and defamatory statements being made by Fox News' agent Ken LaCorte and Fox News employee Howard Kurtz, Diana Falzone asks Fox News and specifically Robert Murdoch to release her from her non-disclosure agreement
on the topic of her reporting in October of 2016 regarding Donald Trump paying hush money to Stormy Daniels, because the public has the right to know the truth. . . "
My sense is that the upcoming Sun square Jupiter aspect of March 14th may describe a proposal from Democrats in Congress (Jupiter) to investigate the close affiliation between Trump and Fox interests (Mercury combust the Sun). Additionally, it would not be surprising to find the Democrats following another investigatory lead to determine the truth in this case. My understanding is that if Diana is called to testify before Congress, her non-disclosure agreement with Fox News will not apply.
Many questions have swirled around the new Attorney General, William Barr.
The public knows conflicting things about him. We know he is interested in the subject of the Mueller report, from the opinion he wrote about the investigation. His opinion was not entirely positive toward Mueller's investigation, but as an outsider to the probe he had only limited information to go on.
From his responses during his confirmation hearing, we know he considers Mueller a personal friend and does not believe he will have difficulty working with him.
When we look into his history, we see that Barr has prior experience in the position of Attorney General. In fact, he had a controversial role in the pardons granted in the Iran Contra affair under the Reagan administration. Yet people are apt to change over time and different skills, traits, motivations or goals come to the fore at different phases of our lives, so we need not rush to judge Barr on his past actions.
In light of the facts we know about Barr, these questions arise: is he capable of working without bias to evaluate the information Mueller has gathered, and leading Mueller to effectively complete his work? Will he struggle to contradict Mueller's conclusions, or will they see eye to eye?
Barr is a bit of an enigma. Fortunately, traditional astrology was meant to solve just the sort of puzzle Barr presents. His character, role and motivation can be found quite simply by counting houses to find which planet is his signficator. Barr is the only person in our government who can be described as the authority directly over Mueller. Mueller, we know, is represented by the tenth house of the president. This reads as the seventh house of the nation. We will find Barr as the authority over Mueller, therefore the tenth house from the nation's seventh house. Consequently, Barr is represented by the fourth house of the nation. The fourth house cusp is in Sagittarius, ruled by Jupiter.
Now we can easily resolve the question, "Will Barr see eye to eye with Mueller?" The answer: Yes, he will be "a friend who sticks closer than a brother." They are both signified by the same planet. They do have distinct roles and agendas, as spelled out by their different house cusps. But their values, and most importantly their actions, are completely in sync. They are both signified by the planet who is strongest on the Aries Ingress chart, the Lord of the Year, Jupiter. With Jupiter at 23 Scorpio with the fixed star Lesath, they are both unstoppable hunters for justice.
A note about the constellation Scorpius: In Greek times, its claws extended into the stars we now see as the scales of Libra. It was a huge constellation, now reduced to a much smaller portion of the sky by Roman astrologers. The Greek legend of Scorpius is one of the cautionary tales told by Jupiter in his choice of constellations both to decorate our night sky and to remind us that humans are merely mortal, but the stars go on indefinitely. The legends say that the hunter Orion bragged he could kill every beast on Earth. Artemis, the goddess of the hunt, had a competing interest in preserving the animals of the earth. Or perhaps she was simply offended by his hubris, as gods are wont to be. Either way, Artemis and her mother Leto sent a creeping scorpion to poison Orion. After his death, Artemis asked Jupiter to make Orion a constellation to remind humanity of his idle boasting. Jupiter installed Scorpius opposite Orion. As a result of their respective positions in the zodiac Orion, visible in winter, appears to be constantly fleeing Scorpius, visible in summer.
The Mueller Report: 3/21/2019
The Mueller Report is an interdepartmental communication between Special Counsel Robert Mueller and Attorney General William Barr. The upcoming sextile between Venus, ruling Mueller's third house of communication and Jupiter, ruling Mueller as the tenth of Trump, seems to be the most likely time for the conclusion and transmission of the report.
The aspect perfects on March 21 at 10:00 a,m, exact.
But in the wee hours earlier that morning Venus, signfier of the Mueller report squares Mars. Mars rules Trump's sixth house of his employees. Under these conditions, we can expect more indictments to drop, perhaps involving another surprise morning raid which will probably appear in the report as a previously sealed indictment to be unsealed as part of the report.
None of this speaks to when the full report, or as much of it as we can see, will be made public. Unless something changes before then, it will require a specific action of Congress to bring the details of the report to the public.
Not to get too far ahead of ourselves, we will watch for the report to drop before we find an aspect of the Moon (Congress) which will require the revelation of the Special Counsel's report from Jupiter Department of Justice (Jupiter).
Aspects of the Moon in Pisces: March 6th and 7th, 2019
New Moon is the lunar season of privacy as the Moon and all nearby planets are hidden by the close proximity of the Sun. Appropriately, Michael Cohen will appear to testify in Congress, this time strictly behind closed doors.
Moon sextile Mars: Moon in this setting describes the second of the tenth house, or Congress. The Mars sextile signifies Cohen testifying to Congress House Intelligence Committee on March 6th.
Moon conjunct Sun: Behind the scenes, Moon as The House Intelligence Committee of Congress merges with the truth (Sun) of the testimony they hear.
Cue the crickets.
Congress will process these facts until the next Full Moon, when these discoveries will be revealed to the public.
Moon sextile Saturn: Moon (as Congress) calls the keeper/s of Trump's secrets to testify. These may include David Pecker, Rhona Graff, Barry Levine, Dylan Howard, Allen Weisselberg, Ron Lieberman and /or Matthew Calamari.
Moon square Jupiter: Moon as Congress responds to a call for action from Democratic Congress, resulting in a struggle. Democrats, represented by a powerful Jupiter ruling the Moon, are likely to emerge victorious.
Moon conjunct Mercury Retrograde: Moon as Congress collides with a retrograde Mercury. Conjunctions with a retrograde planet tend to be more forceful and destructive than usual. Mercury represents Trump and his Republicans, as well as Trump nation. Congress has an oversight function which has been largely neglected for the past two years. At this time, Congress takes action striking weakened Republicans and Head of State with more than ordinary force.
Watching the Stars: Mercury Stationary conjunct Scheat
Something we have not previously discussed is the period of lead-up to retrograde motion; that is, stationary motion. Just before the planet, in this case Mercury, turns retrograde, it begins to slow down to the point it seems nearly still, then it begins moving slowly backward. Mercury will be stationary for six days in early March (March 3-March 8), virtually motionless on the degree of a highly unlucky fixed star: Scheat. He goes fully retrograde on the date of the new Moon, March 6th.
Yes, you heard me. Trump will be mired in deep Scheat. Scheat is a star of the Pegasus constellation, which is cited in Western astrology as corresponding with facing the consequences of unrealistic ambition and overreach. Here it is described on this website:
Legend: Pegasus was born from the blood of Medusa (see Algol) after Perseus had cut off her head, and was afterwards tamed and ridden by Bellerophon. Being weary of earthly affairs Bellerophon attempted to fly to heaven but fell off, and Pegasus continued his course, entered heaven and took his place among the stars. [Robson*, p.56.]
Influences: According to Ptolemy the bright stars are like Mars and Mercury. The constellation gives ambition, vanity, intuition, enthusiasm, caprice and bad judgment. [Robson, p.56.]
I'm listing both the following conditions, as Moon will conjunct Mercury in this sign on Thursday, March 7th. During this time, both Moon and Mercury will be hidden out of sight in the beams of the Sun. In keeping with the secretive nature of the New Moon, Cohen will testify on March 6th behind closed doors for the House Intelligence Committee. I suggest Trump may take a break from his near-constant media presence during this phase of the Moon, which would be wise. But then, Scheat is not known for wisdom.
With Mercury: Many accidents and narrow escapes especially by water, many enemies, trouble through writings, bad for health and domestic affairs. [Robson, p.206.]
With Moon: Worry, loss and gain of friends through criticism, danger of accidents and by water. [Robson*, p.206.]
Note the "trouble through writings" Mercury faces at this time. I imagine this applies to Trump's documents (Mercury) that Cohen (Mars) is engaged in providing to Congress (Moon).
In previous posts, we have discussed the zodiacal motion of the retrograde planet and its multiple dilemmas: keeping a planet in a sign or house where it may have less dignity (power to act positively), keeping a planet treading again and again on the same risky degree, and keeping a planet near the sun, which is its weakest condition. All three of these disasters due to retrograde motion affect our Head of State, indicated by Mercury, this March. To apply this principle to Mundane astrology, here is what our source author, William Ramesey, says about a retrograde planet representing the Head of State:
". . . If your significator is retrograde in any annual Revolution, judge much trouble, impediment and anxiety to the persons or things signified by it. 'The retrogradation of the significator of the king signifies the weakness of the king, and the retrogradation of the Lord of the Year signifies the weakness of his
rulership . . . '"
Revolutions of the Years of the World - by Māshā´allāh and translated by Ben Dykes in Works of Sahl and Māshā´allāh Book IV – Astrologia Munda Section II – Chapter I 40
As if it is the significator of the king or chief rulers, it denotes much trouble and detriment unto their persons, and great fear of the unthroning of them; likewise if it be significator of the people. What kings and rulers may expect when their significator or Lord of the tenth house of heaven in any Revolution is impeded] or if the Lord of the Year be thus afflicted, say the condition of the people shall be very sad and grievous, and much trouble and mischief shall be to their cities and towns; and this shall more assuredly be, if your significator is then in the terms of the infortunes, and the unfortunate planet afflicted also and indisposed, for then shall the mischief and trouble be the more grievous and troublesome: So also if your significator is in the terms of a fortune, if he is ill-aspected, weak and in the houses of the malevolents; but if he is free , the evil will be the less; especially if he is in his own house or exaltation, or triplicity, i.e. essentially well dignified. . ." William Ramesey, Astrologia Munda, Book IV
Yeah, he's a little wordy, but I think you get the gist. Interesting distinction between the condition of the Lord of the tenth and the Lord of the Year. I'll break it down for you as it applies to us during this Aries Ingress:
The Lord of the tenth, Mercury, is in dreadful condition. That describes the experiences of the Head of State this year.
The Lord of the Year, Jupiter, is in excellent condition. This describes the overall condition of the country this year. Somehow we are prospering despite our current weak leader, it seems. Other than our standing in the eyes of the world, which will mirror Trump's decline, there are reasons for gratitude, thank God (redundancy is a little Mercury retrograde humor).
For more predictions, please read the post on the Ides of March, followed by the Aries Ingress 2019.
The Moon in Sagittarius this month is particularly interesting because every planet engages with at least one other planet while the Moon sails through this sign. Saturn is the only exception, instead he disengages from Venus, resulting in more freedom for Venus, who rules the nation's ninth house of legal issues and the self-destruction of Trump, as well as the second house of the nation's finances, which is Trump's sixth house of employees.
Here's a rundown of the aspects that reach perfection beginning today and running through Moon in Sagittarius, February 26th-28th. The interpretations as they apply to the Aries Ingress chart follow each aspect:
* * * * * * * * * *
Moon Square Sun: (perfects Tuesday, Feb. 26)
Moon rules the nation's eleventh house of hopes and Trump's second house of
his resources, cabinet and aides, Republican Congress. etc..
Sun rules the nation's twelfth house of self-destruction and Trump's third house of media and communications.
I believe this aspect describes Trump's access to funding for a border wall by declaring a National Emergency (Moon, ruling the eleventh of the nation which is the Trump's second house, describing his resources) as against the nation's self- destruction represented by Sun, the ruler of the nation's twelfth house. The square is an adversarial aspect. This solution is self-destructive for the nation, as it discards democratic process in favor of authoritarianism.
Both of the luminaries under the rulership of a strong Jupiter (2019 Aries Ingress Lord of the Year/Democrats) make me favor the Democrats as clear winners of this challenge.
* * * * * * * * * *
Sun Sextile Mars: (perfects Tuesday, February 26) Sun rules the nation's twelfth house of self-destruction and Trump's third house of media and communications, including documents. Sun also often signifies the revelation of a previously hidden truth, which may apply here.
Mars rules Aries, the eighth of the nation's loss of power and the eleventh of Trump's aspirations.
Mars also rules Scorpio, the nation's third house of media and communications and Trump's employees as well as the hidden enemies of the Democratic Congress.
Michael Cohen is one of several men who fits the description of Mars on the Aries Ingress chart. He is an employee of Trump (rules the cusp of the third of the nation, the sixth of Trump) who was secretly acting against the Democrats (rules Scorpio on the cusp of the twelfth of Trump's opponents) and is now in legal trouble (positioned in the ninth house of the nation), whose testimony is likely to harm Trump (in the twelfth house of Trump's self-destruction) and is also thought to be approaching personal danger (with Algol in the 2019 Aries Ingress chart).
Michael Cohen is scheduled to testify before Congress on February 26th-28th. This will give him the opportunity to reveal previously hidden truths about Trump. Mars reaches the ninth house cusp of the legal matters of the nation at 07 Taurus on Tuesday the 26th, which is also the cusp of the twelfth house of self-destruction of Trump. Interestingly, this is happening on the same day Venus, positioned in Trump's eighth house of secrets and ruling the ninth of the nation's legal issues, is freed from the influence of Saturn, the ruler of Trump's secrets. Sun rules Trump's communication via documents. So among other things, we can expect to hear from Cohen about a woman/women whose story/stories Trump would rather keep hidden. He may provide related documents implicating Trump.
A sextile is a more friendly aspect than a square,
It looks like Cohen is becoming friendly with the truth.
* * * * * * * * * *
Venus conjunct South Node (perfects Tuesday, February 26, 2019):
Venus rules Libra, indicating the nation's second house of the treasury as well as the fifth house of Trump's children, his entertainments and romances.
Venus also rules Taurus, the nation's ninth house of legal matters and Trump's twelfth house of self-destruction.
On February 26th, Venus is in Capricorn in the nation's fifth house of celebrities and entertainments, which is also Trump's eighth house of secrets.
The South Node is also positioned in the president's house of secrets, ruled by Saturn. The Node's behavior and characteristics are determined by its ruler, but it always causes loss in some manner. Saturn in Capricorn is secure, strong, stable and stony. When Venus conjuncts the South Node, resulting in loss. It will destabilize, dismantle and disintegrate Trump's secrets with regard to women.
* * * * * * * * * *
Venus sextile Mercury: (perfects Tuesday, February 26, 2019) The Nation's Attention on Previously Silenced Women: Maria Butina, Stormy Daniels, Alva Johnson and others in the news. Venus is a significator of women. She is moving out of a conjunction with Saturn, whose restraining effect would compel the silence of women. Mercury, the indicator of communication, here would also represent the people of the nation. These women, for various reasons, have been silenced for Trump's convenience. Now we begin to hear more from them, or about them.
* * * * * * * * * *
Moon conjunct Jupiter: (perfects Wednesday, February 27, 2019)
Moon rules the nation's eleventh house of hopes and Trump's second house of
his resources, cabinet and aides, Republican Congress, etc.
Jupiter rules Sagittarius, indicating the nation's fourth house cusp of real estate, farmlands, crops, and Trump's seventh house of open opposition such as the Resistance, Democrats in Congress, Nancy Pelosi, etc.
This aspect indicates the full immersion of both parties of Congress in the Democrats' point of view of Trump. It does not mean there will be no backlash when Moon changes signs and moves into Capricorn in an attempt to recover his secrets, nevertheless Republicans will need to listen to things they do not like to hear at this time. Seeds for questioning Trump as the head of their party are being sown with the public. We will watch for their harvest when Moon in Virgo opposes Mercury in Pisces around March 19th.
* * * * * * * * * *
Moon Square Mercury: (perfects Wednesday, February 27, 2019)
Moon rules Cancer, representing the cusp of the nation's eleventh house of hopes and Trump's second house of his resources, cabinet and aides, Republican Congress. etc.
Mercury rules Virgo, the sign on the cusp of the Ascendant of the Aries Ingress, indicating the people of the nation.
Mercury also rules Gemini, the sign on the cusp of the tenth house of the nation, Trump's ascendant.
It looks like the overall effect of these Moon in Sagittarius days will be a new tension between the Republican senate and Trump/the people of the nation. We do not expect the Trump nation to turn against their hero all at once, but the weight of doubt is piling up and Congress is sensitive to it.
We have all been holding our breath so long. We wish and hope for an end to the trial the nation has been enduring. We think of the Mueller report as the end of that trial. In fact, it is the beginning.
The report shows on the Aries Ingress chart as the third of the tenth of the tenth--the communication of the Department of Justice of the President.* This is, fittingly, the twelfth house of the demise of Mr. Trump, the ninth house of the nation's chart, ruled by Venus. Venus does not show here as making loud pronouncements, rather she begins as veiled and over time the veil will gradually be removed.
*I've chosen not to call it a publication (ninth of the tenth of the tenth) because it is not intended to be published to the nation. Rather, I consider it an interdepartmental communication. I don't see any indication in the stars of when it will be published in its full format for the public.
In late February, Venus is conjunct Saturn, the keeper of Trump's secrets. The report, as we all know, is tightly guarded. She moves out of orb with Saturn and simultaneously conjuncts the South Node of loss on Tuesday, February 26th. This represents Trump's secrets being uncovered. The South Node is not likely to produce the full results to the public in a dawning Solar blast, but rather to present the report in bits, particles and chunks as it nears Saturn and systematically dismantles Trump's secrets.
By the time anyone sees the report, he has already sprung his usual preemptive strike against the Department of Justice. I would expect this attack to coincide with the Mercury square Jupiter aspect which will be complete on Friday, February 22.
Here's the timeline:
Venus conjunct Saturn: Trump's secrets being closely kept February 18, 2019
Mercury square Jupiter: Trump complains about/acts against the Department of Justice: Feb 22, 2019
Mercury reaches 23 Pisces, the degree of the previous Ingress chart's malefic Mars: Trump takes a great fall (the first of three)
February 24, 2019.
This is an indication of calamity for Trump due to his trusted Senate/fellow Republicans leaving him behind in pursuit of better chances for their party in 2020.
The public release of the report begins:
Venus leaves the orb of Saturn and simultaneously conjuncts the South Node, representing release from constraints simultaneously with loss of secrets: February 26, 2019
Mercury sextile Venus: On the same day, Trump receives the report. February 26, 2019.
The Ides of March 2109:
The expression, "the Ides of March" refers to a season of the year, mid-March, when Julius Caesar was warned by a soothsayer of his impending demise according to William Shakespeare. Caesar was told, "Beware the Ides of March!" I'm not sure how he was supposed to counter the attack of the Fates once he had been duly warned.
That's one of the conundrums of prediction. A warning is nice, thank you, but if the prediction is true, it will bear out in some way, no matter what protective steps you take to prepare for it. The ancients were fatalistic, so they don't give a lot of wiggle room. Either a thing will happen, or it will not. The astrologer may overlook some factor that will ultimately modify the outcome of the event. The astrologer may be mistaken for many reasons. But the stars, it was believed, did not lie. If there was a favorable discrepancy between predictions of the chart and the reality of life events, it was down to intercessory prayer and the corresponding grace of God--in other words, a miracle.
Positive thinking or feeling lucky had nothing to do with it.
It is said that there once was an Englishman who kept a bizarre good luck charm in his bedroom at all times. He even brought it with him on his travels to visit friends. When asked about it, he responded, "It keeps tigers away."
His friend laughed. "There are no tigers in England!"
"It must be working." answered the superstitious man.
The ancients might have laughed along with us at the man who feared tigers, but for different reasons. Had this man been fated to die from an encounter with a tiger, his superstition would not have protected him. His well-intentioned friend would have dragged him to the local Zoological Gardens to face his nemesis and prove he was not at risk, and there he would have met the tiger and succumbed to apoplexy. Or so the ancients might have argued.
If you happen to be a Head of State in the region of the USA this spring, the Aries Ingress chart warns now as in ancient times, you would be wise to consider the effects of Fate. As the cable news pundits are fond of saying, there are "a lot of moving parts" in play on this Ides of March.
Here, in order of their appearance, are the warnings of the Ides of March:
1) Significator of the Head of State (Mercury) combust the Sun
2) Mercury in an angle
3) Mercury retrograde
4) Mercury east of the Sun
5) Mercury squared by his opponent, Jupiter
6) Mercury conjunct the prior malefic degree of 23 Pisces
Here is the astrological warning, from William Ramesey:
". . . You have heard that the sign of the tenth house in any annual Revolution, together with the lord of the 10th, has signification of kings and chief rulers; the which if it is combust in any of the angles, it signifies destruction to the king or chief rulers during that Revolutions’ effects. . ."
Astrologia Munda, Book IV
Ramesey notes that this destruction does not necessarily portend the bodily death of the head of state, but rather the cessation of his power or the end of his reign.
Furthermore, Ramesey comments on the retrogradation of a significator of the Head of State (he often uses the form "king"):
". . . if it is the significator of the king or chief rulers, it denotes much trouble and detriment unto their persons, and great fear of the unthroning of them; likewise if it be significator of the people. . .
. . . the condition of the people shall be very sad and grievous, and much trouble and mischief shall be to their cities and towns."
Our Mercury in the Aries Ingress 2019 is in a frightful state. It signifies both the Head of State (ruler of tenth house cusp) and the people of the nation (ruler of first house cusp). Its retrogradation indicates both the Head of State and the nation moving away from forward motion and becoming damaged in the process.
You may have heard bad things about Mercury retrograde, but some Mercury retrogrades are merely inconvenient.
Others are dreadful.
One factor that makes a retrograde Mercury more or less damaging is its proximity to the Sun. Mercury of all the planets spends very little time near the Sun, simply because of his great speed. A day or two and he flies past the Sun. Only one thing will slow him down and cause him to burn near the Sun longer, resulting in greater damage. That is retrograde motion. Even worse, Mercury will be sent back into the path of the Sun once again after Mercury resumes direct motion! A Mercury retrograde in proximity of the Sun, situated to the East of the Sun (quaintly called oriental, nothing to do with ethnicity!) is therefore doubly cursed.
Even though he signifies Trump, Mercury in Pisces is very weak in essential dignity, being in his fall in addition to racking up negative nine points total for his poor accidental dignity. Then, on the Ides of March he squares a potent Jupiter, the Lord of the Year at 21 points of dignity. Squares are typically rough aspects, indicating adversarial action. We say that the faster-moving planet always initiates the action described by the aspect. This means that President Trump initiates action to counter his Jupiter opponent which results in his own defeat. We can readily assert that Jupiter will be the victor over Trump and the Trump Nation---Jupiter signifying either Pelosi, Mueller or foreigners in general.
A story from Greek mythology of the constellations will add to our understanding of the metaphorical impact of Mercury at 23 Pisces, Jupiter at 23 Sagittarius. Twenty-three Pisces is with the fixed star Markab in the constellation Pegasus. Remarks from this site follow. Jupiter at 23 Sagittarius is with Lesath, the sting in the tail of the scorpion.
". . .The Pegasus Syndrome, as exemplified in the legends of Perseus and Bellerophon, is concerned with the innate ability possessed by some people to negotiate difficulties by rising above them, on the one hand, and the danger of overreaching themselves, on the other. Pegasus, by birth, is the child of Medusa and Neptune, symbols of 'wisdom' and 'emotion,' respectively, which shows the dichotomy of his nature. As in the story, Bellerophon attempted to fly to Olympus (overreach his potential). He believed that Pegasus was subject to his will. However, it was Pegasus who made it to Olympus, while Bellerophon was tossed back to earth, lame and reproached by others. It is unwise to take any situation for granted as the 'lesser' person (or, in this case, beast) may be the very one to teach us the much needed lesson in humility. Pegasus is also indicative of a specific mission in life which the inquirer will always find the time and energy to pursue, although the path may be sewn with difficulties (the Chimaera) and limitations (Bellerophon's doubt or arrogance). So, the Pegasus Syndrome is the seeming ability to "fly over any situation," though the reverse may be a lesson in humility, being "taken down a peg," as it were. . . "--Rich's Pegopedia
As applied to our situation, Mr. Trump is in danger of overreaching his powers and taking a fall as a result. Furthermore, the "horse he came in on," referring to the Republican senate and/ or its leader Mitch McConnell, is likely unconcerned about the loss of this rider and will proceed unhampered to a greater reward in 2020.
Jupiter, the object of Trump's antagonistic overreach, is with Lesath, the Scorpion's sting. Falling from your horse in a deliberate attack on a scorpion will end in further injury, but that is not your horse's problem. This is the fate we may ask Mr. Trump to contemplate on the Ides of March, 2019.
Here are some notes on Lesath from this site:
". . . Not unexpectedly it gets a Mercury-Mars rating from Ptolemy, what else for deft and swift injector like this? Its qualities in the horoscope are very much those of a probing, sharp intellect and incisive wit, every bit as damaging as a knife to its opponent. It is one of the three Scorpio stars in Sagittarius which can be held to account for the often surprising bite in the otherwise genial, jovial Sagittarian (other stars in the tail of Scorpio; Aculeus and Acumen). It does show them to have an enterprising spirit of keenness of insight, not always thought of in connection with that religio-philosophical ninth sign of the zodiac. People with star strong in their charts are noted for doing well in debate, business, sport, and high office in general. . . "
[The Living Stars, Dr. Eric Morse, p.85-86.]
*A note about the Capricorn Ingress chart: I'm trying out techniques of prediction here. So although I like to stay with future charts rather than past ones, I couldn't help but notice a predictive foreshadow appearing on the previous Capricorn Ingress of 2108. Mars, signifying Mr. Trump's political allies in the Senate, was at positioned at 23 Pisces on that chart. The interpretation given by Ramesey would have been that another planet (Mercury/Trump) reaching the same degree as the malefic Mars at 23 Pisces from the previous Capricorn Ingress chart, signifying Mr. Trump's "free ride" on the backs of his political allies) was a portent of calamity. Mars indicating an injury or an accident might point to an injury due to a fall during the time Mr. Trump's significator (Mercury) reaches this degree on the Ides of March. This injury may, however, be strictly metaphorical and apply more precisely to his former allies ridding themselves of an inconvenient rider.
Due to Retrograde Motion, Mercury Squares Jupiter Again on April 12, 2019
The motion of Mercury becomes direct, leading him back to a square with Jupiter. Jupiter takes a turn in retrograde motion beginning April 11, 2019, the day before Mercury squares him. However, Jupiter is free of the Sun. The retrograde serves to his advantage, keeping him in his own sign Sagittarius, a zone of the Zodiac where he is more powerful (he enters his fall in Capricorn) for an extended length of time. On April 15, The Sun completes a trine to Jupiter indicating Trump's spokesmens' assistance with revealing the truth. There may be more emphasis on Jupiter's part in investigating the past during this square due to his retrograde motion. My sense is that this square has to do with Trump specifically attacking Mueller. Their respective strengths demonstrate that Mueller will prevail.
Robert Mueller the Powerhouse, played by a Dignified Jupiter.
Astrological Profile: Seventh House Cusp: Tenth of the Tenth, Robert Mueller
Represented by Jupiter in the Fourth House at 23 Sagittarius
Planetary Strength: +21
Fixed Stars: Lesath, Galactic Center
Here are the essential dignities of the seventh house cusp:
Sign: Jupiter--5 points
Robert Mueller is indicated by the cusp of the seventh house of the nation, the President's tenth house. The degrees on the cusp are 14 Pisces.
His agenda follows: Here he rules his own house, has a deep respect for women, makes deals as needed with cooperating witnesses, handles matters regarding the Head of State with some distance, and keeps his pleasantries to himself. He is not inclined to vapid or superficial social exchanges for the sake of appearances. This describes the character of his role in our play.
His significator Jupiter is placed at 23 degrees of Sagittarius, where his powers to take action, known as dignities, are as follows:
Sign: Jupiter--5 points
Exaltation: South Node--4 points
Triplicity: Jupiter--3 points
Terms: Saturn--2 points
Face: Saturn--1 point
He rules his own house; He shows deep respect for entropy*, he is indebted to no one, he prioritizes timeliness, and keeps to his responsibilities. This is a dignified Jupiter: he has the essential strength to carry out his role with aplomb.
*by this I mean he lets nature take its course. He allows situations to play out to his full advantage before taking action.
Our character expert, William Lilly, describes a well-dignified Jupiter as follows:
Manners & Actions, when well dignified:
Then is he Magnanimous, Faithfull, Bashfull, Aspiring in an honourable way at high matters, in all his actions a Lover of fair Dealing, desiring to benefit all men, doing Glorious things, Honourable and Religious, of sweet and affable Conversation, wonderfully indulgent to his Wife and Children, reverencing Aged men, a great Reliever of the Poor, full of Charity and Godlinesse, Liberal, hating all Sordid actions, Just, Wise, Prudent, Thankfull, Vertuous: so that when you find Jupiter the significator of any man in a Question or Lord of his Ascendant in a Nativity, and well dignified, you may judge him qualified as abovesaid.
--William Lilly, Christian Astrology, Chapter IX, pp. 62, 63
As for his accidental dignities, he is powerful to act in an angle, direct, oriental swift, and free of the sun's beams. All of those things provide him with the blessings of strength and endurance he needs to accomplish his objectives. Technically, Jupiter is the most powerful planet on the chart of the Aries Ingress, making him Lord of the Year.
In the upcoming post "The Ides of March, 2019" we will discuss Jupiter's aspects: what he's doing with all that power, and when.
As we have noted in previous posts, the four angles of this chart are all located in double-bodied signs, as is Jupiter at 23 Sagittarius. I remind readers that the forepart of Sagittarius is human, but the latter part is animal. Mueller has a dual nature. He is a man of very high human standards, and the strength and endurance to carry them out. But he also has his animal side--expressed not, as we might expect, by a horse, but according to his planetary position, by the tail of a scorpion. One of his great strengths of his dual nature is that he can think like the criminal he investigates.
23 Sagittarius is within orb of fixed star Lesath, which corresponds to the Vedic Nakshatra Mula, or the Bundle of Roots. This is a fascinating asterism, a swirl of stars described in Western astrology as the sting of the scorpion. Strange and unexpected things happen at this point of the Zodiac. William Lilly noted, for example, that when the Moon was Void of Course, it could not act, unless it was placed in the late degrees of Sagittarius. To an astrologer, this might be explained by an independent source of creative power originating from outside our solar system, but the ancients were at a loss to describe its existence or its workings. Within the past few years, scientists have discovered here an aggregate or plurality of black holes they refer to as the Galactic Center. It is the source, it is said, of our own sun. So, here in this plurality, matter is both being created and destroyed in the cosmic winds. Forgive me for intruding modern astronomy into our discussion, because my ignorance of the subject abounds, but William Lilly might have said, "Told you so."
How does this all relate to Mueller's character? Let's go back to the ancients.
In Vedic astrology, the goddess associated with the asterism Mula is Nritti, the dark goddess of destruction. Her action is to utterly crush: to annihilate. Her descriptions are terrifying, until you understand her purpose or intention. She does not appear before us to randomly destroy anything and everything in sight. Her ability to discriminate good from evil is just as critical as her role as a destroyer.
Her goal is to utterly destroy evil.
In Vedic thought as in the astrophysics of the black hole, nothing can be created unless something else is first destroyed. I'll back off the subject for now and let you ponder how this concept is reflected in our current political drama. Meanwhile, I suggest the tail of the scorpion is a key to understanding the character of our mysterious Mueller.
I would also like to acknowledge that because Jupiter rules both the nation's fourth and seventh houses, there is another public figure we could describe who shares many of Mueller's strengths and traits during the first half of 2019. We would be remiss to overlook this prominent public figure. I like to call her Nancy, and you can look for her in an upcoming post aptly titled, "I like to call her. . . Nancy."
Third House Cusp at 7 Scorpio, Roger Stone
Represented by Mars at 23 Taurus
Planetary Strength: Zero
Dignity: Very poor
Fixed Stars: Arcturus, Algol
7 Scorpio is found on the cusp of the nation's third house, signifying Roger's personal agenda. No near bright fixed stars are located at this degree. In their absence, my backup plan is to look at the Vedic nakshatra for this point. The sidereal equivalent for 7 Scorpio is 13 Libra, associated with the Nakshatra Swati. I guess the ancients had the same difficulty finding a nearby asterism to attach to this void of fixed stars on the ecliptic that we Northern Hemisphere folks do. For these ancient seers, Swati was characterized by the fixed star Arcturus, far north of the stars generally visible from the Southern Hemisphere. This explains the Vedic nickname for this nakshatra, the Outcast. Symbolized by a reed blowing in the wind, Swati is the quintessential wandering nonconformist.
The traditional explanation for the character of the constellation of Arcturus is found here: http://www.constellationsofwords.com/stars/Arcturus.html
". . . Bear leader-guardian", meaning observer of the "Great Bear", or "The Saucepan" or "Big Dipper" respectively. Main star of constellation Bootes (= driver of oxen), has a Jupiter-Mars nature, and a reputation of achieving "justice through power". It therefore makes the native belligerent and quarrelsome, especially if attached to Mars and Jupiter by conjunction. A really go-ahead and enterprising spirit is here the rule, as indicated by Jupiter-Mars. Lasting success is promised if further good aspects are present. If critically aspected, the good influence will be hampered or made into a real handicap. If involved in legal action, such a native may lose all. . . "
[Fixed Stars and Their Interpretation, Elsbeth Ebertin, 1928, p.63.]
If rising: Good fortune, with many cares and anxieties through own folly. [Robson, p.139.]
This is the manner in which Swati (or Arcturus) is inclined to behave. This describes the agenda of the character Stone is meant to play. On our Aries Ingress chart, 7 Scorpio is on the cusp of the third house of the nation's media, and the sixth of the president's employees. The third house of the nation is also the twelfth of secret enemies or spies acting against either the Resistance or the Democrats. It took me more than a few hours to figure out how to find Roger Stone on this chart. Unless you are finding a house strictly based on personal relationship or marriage, you have to look objectively at how the individual is acting, and what role they have taken on in the larger drama. Because of his infamous "dirty tricks" campaign activities, I am inclined to award this house cusp to Roger Stone.
Scorpio is ruled by Mars, so we look for any critical aspects to Mars. Is the good influence of Arcturus hampered, or made into a real handicap in this case? Venus rules Taurus where Mars sits and Venus is squaring Mars, so there you have it. He and all his chutzpah are heading for serious tsouris.
Mars is peregrine, meaning he is without essential dignity at this degree. How would our personality expert William Lilly describe Mars when ill-dignified?
When ill. ." . . Then he is Pratler without modesty or honesty, a lover of Slaughter and Quarrels, Murder, Theevery, a promoter of Sedition, Frayes and Commotions; and Highway-Theef, as wavering as the Wind, a Traytor, of turbulent Spirit, Perjurer, Obscene, Rash, Inhumane, neither fearing God or caring for man, Unthankful, Trecherous, Oppressor, Ravenous, Cheater, Furious, Violent. . . ."
William Lilly, Christian Astrology, Chapter X, p. 66
According to the ancients, Roger sounds like someone who would have a Nixon tattoo on his back. In other words, Stone is not someone you'd invite to join your neighborhood watch.
And what is Roger doing in the nation's ninth house, the twelfth of Trump, representing secret enemies or spies acting against the President? Has he flipped? He did say when he was indicted that he wasn't ruling out cooperation with Mueller, and that he would tell the truth about Trump. Interesting. Or, is his position in the ninth house a reflection that he is in serious legal trouble? Whatever he's doing messing around there, he's in grave danger. Let me tell you a little about the hideous fixed star he's cozying up to, Algol.
Personally, I'm a pacifist, so I apologize in advance for the R-rated description of violence indispensable to understanding Algol. Just to reminded you, we have no actual reason to fear the tragedies indicated by the Aries Ingress of 2019, because the fault is not in our stars, but in ourselves that we are underlings, etc., right? That said, we can proceed to a description of the effects of Algol. We don't want anyone to suffer, we just want to see how the ancients would have viewed this chart. Here it is in full:
No need to elaborate on all the horror and gore associated with this star. The following passage is particularly pertinent:
". . . Of the nature of Saturn and Jupiter. It causes misfortune, violence, decapitation, hanging, electrocution and mob violence, and gives a dogged and violent nature that causes death to the native or others. It is the most evil star in the heavens. . . "
Fixed Stars and Constellations in Astrology, Vivian E. Robson, 1923, p. 124
The question becomes, which is Roger Stone? The perpetrator, or the victim of violence? Or, perhaps . . . ultimately both? Sadly, we will have to hold our breath until we discuss the plot points of the chart, described by the aspects between the planets.
Aspects made by Mars follow. The ones that have already happened are separating. The ones that will be happening soon are applying:
Moon Trines Mars: separating
Mercury Sextiles Mars: separating
Mars Trines Saturn: separating
Venus Squares Mars: applying
Note: Most planets rule two house cusps. In addition, several individuals in the public eye may be playing similar roles, so more than one public figure can be indicated by a given plant on the chart. There are several Candidates for the role of Mars with Algol in the ninth house of the nation, twelfth of Trump (in legal trouble, tendency to violence/sedition, in a position to testify against Trump, in personal danger). For example, here are couple more Mars types:
Potentially Kushner--but he needs a separate blog post because his cusp would be the eighth house of the nation, representing the spouse of the President's daughter (seventh of the fifth of the tenth). His agenda and priorities will be different than Stone's, although both would be signified by Mars with Algol.
*Update 2/18/2019: This post was written a while ago. As I was getting ready to post it, news just came in about Roger Stone's apparent threat to Federal Judge Amy Jackson. Like many things I overlook, I hadn't predicted it, because although in keeping with a Mars/Algol character, it was a move I had not anticipated. So I was curious to see whether there was some indication of Stone's threat to his judge around this time.
Indeed, there was a hidden connection.
It's called a Contrantiscion, a Solstice point closely related to an Antiscion. These points (in this case, Mars and Sun, the tenth of the third) are connected by the length of daylight represented by their degrees of the Zodiac. The connection produced by a contrantiscion is thought to produce an event similar to an opposition, but what is overt and obvious in an opposition is covert and hidden from the public in a Contrantiscion. Here is an article that explains the concept in more depth
The Ephemeris for Februrary 17, 2019 has Mars at 2 degrees Taurus. On the same day, Sun is at 28 Aquarius. These planets are connected by contrantiscion, denoting a hidden act of antagonism. You may argue that the threat was not hidden, since it was posted on Instagram. But Stone has obscured his intention. In fact he is already arguing he intended no threat, so he has publicly hidden his public threat.
We thank William Lilly for his general description of the corporature (physical charcteristics) of the Moon:
Corporature: She generally presenteth a man of fair stature, whitely coloured, the Face round, gray Eyes. . . much Hair both on the Head, Face, and other parts; usually one Eye a little larger then the other; short Hands and fleshy, the whole Body inclining to be fleshy, plump, corpulent and flegmatique: if she be impedited. . . in the Sight, (if) she be unfortunate in Angles and with fixed Starres, called Nebulose.
William Lilly, Christian Astrology, P.81 Chapter XIIII
Al Wasat is a fixed star in the midst of the Gemini constellation, here within orb of the eleventh house cusp. Wasat is in close proximity to a nebula known as the Clown nebula, or the Eskimo nebula. Because the Moon is in an angle of the chart with a nebula, Lilly is saying here he would expect Mitch McConnell to have poor eyesight. He wears glasses. And, as a personal weakness, he may tend to be short-sighted.
Here is a description of the nature of the star Al Wasat:Of the nature of Saturn. Connected with chemicals, poisons and gas. Violence, malevolence, destructiveness as a first principal. [Robson*, p.216.]
Because of the Saturnine quality of this star, it gives a heaviness and tendency to pessimism. Apart from that however, Al Wasat does show up a quality of being able to speak with clear authority when others are waffling and prominence in public affairs or management is often the result. [The Living Stars, Dr. Eric Morse, p.45.].
The above describes the role Mitch is meant to play in the first half of the year 2019.
Past Actions of Moon:
We can interpret the Moon as either Mitch McConnell as the Leader of the Senate (GOP), or the President's official actions. We distinguish these roles from the President Donald Trump as a person, because in this instance, he is represented by Mercury.
A Note about Timing
All of the events described by the Ingress chart here are timed to March 20, 2019. All separating aspects between planets describe actions taking place in the past. All applying aspects between planets describe events to take place in the future. In general, this is the premise for predictive astrology: we can predict the motions of the planets. Planets tend to influence human behavior. Therefore, we can predict human tendencies by relating them to the motions of the planets.
These are the reasons you will see me write about future events beyond March 20, 2019 even though I'm writing in January, 2019 and posting in Feburary. Ancient astrology was meant to be used for prediction. You will also see references to events prior to March 20, 2019.
The Moon is the swiftest-moving planet. She has a primary role of describing the timing of the chart. When we see a Moon Void of Course, all of her actions are in the recent past. There will be a general "sea change" of public opinion, or of those individuals signified by her, before she takes any new action.
Recently, the Moon has demonstrated aspects to Mercury, Saturn, Mars and Jupiter:. We will describe the plot lines we can derive from these aspects in a later post. She is currently in a "down" phase, inactive for the time being.
Significantly, the Moon is about to change signs and move into Libra. When she does, she will oppose the Sun. That's a Full Moon. Full Moon is a time of revelation of the truth. It looks like the truth revealed at this time (Sun) will cause the Moon (McConnell and the Republican Party) to distance themselves from the actions of this Presidency (Sun).
At this time, Guiliani will publicly disclose more than the GOP wants to hear about this president's actions; I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's something Mueller already knows. And so the Presidency crumbles as this new revelation digs further into his base of popular support.Mitch McConnell has been called out more than once for his failure to take action to check this presidency. Let's use the Aries Ingress chart to discover his motives.
There could be any number of reasons behind this failure to take action. Is he simply reflecting the President's own inaction, as he quaintly intones in his "second kick of a mule" aphorism?
Or, out of personal loyalty, is he protectively deflecting hostility against the president by refusing to counter him?
Or is his paralysis perhaps borne from fear? Of whom?
We inspect the essential dignities on the cusp of the eleventh house to discover the answers to these questions.
Moon at eighteen degrees Cancer has the following essential dignities:
Triplicity (Nocturnal): Mars--3
Terms of Mercury--2
Face of Mercury--1
This list of essential dignities demonstrates McConnell's loyalty to the actions of the president in his official role is strong at five points. But his loyalty to Jupiter is nearly as high at four points. Jupiter, we know, represents either Nancy Pelosi or Robert Mueller. Is it respect for Nancy, or fear of Mueller that motivates? Alternately, it may be the influence of a foreign power, because all foreigners on this chart are represented by Jupiter. Although Trump as Mercury has dignities of Terms and Face here, worth two and one points respectively, those are the more superficial loyalties McConnell feels.
The prevailing wisdom in understanding fuzzy political motives is to follow the money. Is there some way the Aries Ingress can show McConnell's money? Who is it tied up with? How does it affect him?
To find McConnell's money, we look at the second from the eleventh, or the twelfth house cusp at nineteen degrees Leo, sixteen minutes.
12th House Cusp:
19 Leo 16
It seems safe to read Jupiter here as foreign. The idea of the Democrats or Mueller bribing McConnell is ludicrous, or we would have seen him act in a more ingratiating manner towards them than he has to date (that's tongue in cheek. I do have a gut feeling their roles would preclude offering McConnell bribes).
So, Yikes! Looks like his stars are saying more income is coming to McConnell from foreign sources than from his government salary.
Can we confirm from a Google search that McConnell is receiving foreign money that might affect his actions in his current role?
Here's an opinion piece from a Lexington, Kentucky source about some of McConnell's theories and practices of political funding:
There's a lot more where that came from (Google), so I'd say the foreign money is a strong motivator of Mitch's lack of performance in his legislative role. Notice how sensitive he is about the idea of Russia meddling in our 2016 election. Here's an opinion from the Washington Post:
So here we may have found the source of McConnell's paralysis. With Mitch up to his short-sighted eyeballs in foreign money, his intolerance of legislation to counter Russian meddling looks like a reflex response intended to protect his own dark money income. This is an underlying motivation of his pattern of inaction.
"First, a disclaimer: We enlightened types don't actually think ancient astrology can tell us anything valid about the current day, do we? What are we, superstitious? Hah! No, of course not. The fault is not in our stars, but in ourselves, that we are underlings, right?
Okay, we're all on the same page. We are here to bury Caesar, not to praise him. . . Oops, wrong lines. Sorry. I intended to save that bit for the upcoming post on "The Ides of March, 2019."
Since we're looking to the stars for entertainment, I'd like to introduce a metaphor to help us understand mundane astrology for our purposes. In this metaphor, all the Universe is a stage, and all the planets are merely players. The brief version of the metaphor in the next paragraph is in bold. Below it I give the technical details of my analysis, for those with more than a cursory interest in astrology. I will follow a similar format in my posts, marking the interpretation of the chart in bold, while the technical details remain in lighter font. I hope this makes the posts more readable for a wider audience, while demonstrating how to follow traditional mundane technique. No one wants so much technique that the point of the interpretation is lost, yet if we lose our reliance on technique, we learn nothing about what the ancients thought.
What will our players need in order to perform? They need their roles, their themes and motifs, a description of their characters, whether they are cast as antagonists or protagonists, their motivation, strengths and weaknesses. They need their costume changes, script, plot timing, character arc and outcome.
In the movements of the planets, we perceive the ever-changing roles of the planets as they proceed through the Zodiac, sometimes slipping into their costume changes at the ingress of each new sign, sometimes turning tail and re-treading the same floorboards in retrograde. Mercury is not always a liar and a thief; sometimes he takes the role of the pundit or the scribe in Gemini, even the librarian, the wizard or the adept in Virgo. All the universe is a stage, and all the planets are merely players. Whether Mercury plays the villain or the protagonist, his role is determined by his essential dignity at the point where he currently sits in the Zodiac. When well-dignified, he's on his best behavior. When ill-dignified, he's someone you'd be best advised to avoid.
Accidental dignity, shown by details like house placement, expresses the whim of the playwright. How much power to act has he given this protagonist, or this antagonist in our play? Is he whipped and passive, can he hold his own against the other planets, or is he endowed with unstoppable strength?
The houses of the chart describe the specific roles of our actors. When we want a more in-depth character analysis, we can look to the essential dignities of the degree of the house cusp to learn what motivates our characters, who influences them, which of the other players they love or fear the most.
The bright fixed stars give our characters clarity, color and an arc. We can study them to observe the universal life lessons our characters are struggling to learn.
The aspects between the planets equate to the actions taking place between the planets described in the playwright's script. They answer the questions, "Who does what to who?" "When will the action take place?" and "How does it all turn out?"
The next several posts will focus on several of our topical political figures.
Out of respect for private individuals who may be taking part in this drama and who are currently anonymous, some of these roles have not yet been assigned. Public figures are fair game for satire, private individuals are not. We will have to watch and wait to see who steps into the public eye and takes the actions described by the chart to assign some of these roles.
Currently waiting in the wings are:
Roger Stone, the Seditionist, played by Mars with Algol;
Robert Mueller, the Powerhouse, played by Jupiter in Sagittarius;
"Where's Mitch?" McConnell, played by Void of Course Moon;
Eye-Popping Rudy Guiliani, played by the Harbinger of Doom of the Aries Ingress, the Sun
A Teetering President, played by Mercury peregrine and retrograde
David Pecker, the Keeper of Secrets, played by Saturn with the South Node
